Ownership of Content
All rights to artistic content published on the NYMF platform, including but not limited to photographs, videos, illustrations, written materials, lessons, and audio files (“Content”), remain exclusively with the independent authors and content creators (photographers, videographers, artists, and other contributors).
By entering into valid licensing agreements with Forza z co (“Company”), content creators grant the Company the rights to publish, distribute, and, where expressly agreed, license or sublicense their works to end users. The creators warrant that all individuals depicted were 18 years of age or older at the time of production, that appropriate written consents have been obtained, and that they are the lawful copyright holders of the works they provide.
The Company does not acquire ownership of the Content. Authors and photographers remain the exclusive copyright holders of their works, while granting the Company limited rights necessary for the operation of the NYMF platform.
Ownership of Platform and Brand
All rights to the NYMF software, mobile applications, websites (including https://nymf.com), databases, source code, designs, and infrastructure are exclusively owned by Forza z co.
“NYMF” and any related logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand identifiers (“NYMF Marks”) are protected intellectual property of Forza z co. Unauthorized use of the NYMF Marks, or any confusingly similar marks, is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
Copyright Protection under the Law
All Content provided through the NYMF platform is protected under United States copyright law, international copyright treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws in other jurisdictions. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the authors’ and/or the Company’s exclusive rights.
