A Transformation一次转变
In everyday life, I’m an ordinary man – another part of the faceless crowd that flows along the streets, with my own bugs, fears, problems and bad habits... Yet, once I pick up a camera, I get transformed in a way I myself find hard to grasp and explain. In fact, the photo shoot turns me into a totally different person.
All thoughts, emotions, feelings and other resources are aimed at creating a perfect shot, releasing in me a real perfectionist. Routine issues and extraneous thoughts cease to exist for me. I get so much involved in filming that I don’t see anything around... It’s just photography that’s here and now. I seem to look at the filmed object through a camera lens and notice the smallest details... At such moments, I think that time stands still...
I often feel empty after the photo shoot – as if I gave my whole self to this process. My physical condition can be compared to a gym session – totally exhausted. I call this feeling “a pleasant fatigue”. It’s like a small payment for the beauty I create in this condition.
The final shot, and the camera is off... Everything becomes the same...
在日常生活中，我是一个普通人——街上流动的不知名人群的另一部分，有我自己的错误、恐惧、问题和坏习惯……然而，一旦我拿起相机，我就变成了我自己发现这种方式很难理解和解释。事实上，这张照片让我变成了一个完全不同的人。
所有的想法、情感、感觉和其他资源都是为了创造一个完美的镜头，释放出我一个真正的完美主义者。日常事务和无关的想法对我来说不再存在。我投入太多的拍摄，以至于看不到周围的任何东西……只有摄影就在此时此地。我似乎通过相机镜头观察被拍摄的物体，注意到最小的细节……在这样的时刻，我认为时间静止了……
拍摄照片后我常常感到空虚——仿佛我把整个自我都奉献给了这个过程。我的身体状况就像去健身房锻炼一样——筋疲力尽。我把这种感觉称为“愉快的疲劳”。这就像我在这种情况下创造的美丽的一小笔付款。
最后一个镜头，相机关闭了……一切都变得一样了……
