We understand that at times, you may wish to delete your NYMF account. We respect your privacy and have made the process simple and straightforward. Please carefully follow the instructions below to delete your account, either through the mobile app or the website.
Deleting Your Account via the NYMF Mobile App
1. Open the NYMF app on your device.
2. Navigate to the “My NYMF” section, which is the fifth tab in the app.
3. Select “Manage Account.” Here, you will see your user profile.
4. Within the “Manage Account” section, select “Clear Account Data.”
5. Choose the option to “Delete Account.” This will initiate the account deletion process.
6. You may be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that this action is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of your account and all associated data.
7. To ensure the security of your account, you may be required to log in again to confirm your identity.
Once you complete these steps, your NYMF account will be permanently deleted, along with all related information.
Deleting Your Account via the NYMF Website
1. Visit the NYMF website and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the “My NYMF” section in the main navigation menu.
3. Click on “Account Data.”
4. Select “Clear Account Data.”
5. Click the “Delete Account” button to initiate the deletion process.
6. You may be prompted to confirm your decision. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once completed, your NYMF account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Important Information About Account Deletion
– We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for account creation and performance analysis of the app.

– Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, all your data will be erased from our systems.
– Should you ever decide to return, you are welcome to create a new account using the same email address and continue enjoying the NYMF service.
